Log in to your account at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/roomalert.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">RoomAlert.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>In order to add a device, you must log in as an Administrator or Operator. For more information, please see the \u201cTypes of user roles\u201d section of our FAQ, <a href=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/23734\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">How To Manage User Access To Your RoomAlert.com Account<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2. In the navigation bar to the left, select <strong>Devices<\/strong>. You&#8217;ll see the list of Room Alert Monitors that are already associated with your account.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">3. Repeat the registration process for any remaining Room Alert 32S, 12S, 32E\/W, 12E, 4E, 3E or 3 Wi-Fi models you may have.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><a class=\"wpsal-anchor\" name=\"update_firmware\" id=\"update_firmware\"><\/a><\/strong>Step 2: Update your Room Alert RA32S, 12S, 3S, 32E\/W, 12E, 4E, 3E or 3 Wi-Fi firmware.<\/h4>\n<p>Now that you&#8217;ve populated your Room Alert Account with your Room Alert 32S, 12S, 3S, 32E\/W, 12E, 4E, 3E or 3 Wi-Fi, update its firmware to the latest version to get it pushing data into your account. Please see this FAQ for instructions on updating your Room Alert firmware: <a href=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/164\/update-firmware-room-alert-monitors\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">How To Update Firmware On Room Alert Monitors<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that although older models of the Room Alert Monitor may appear in your Room Alert Account, only current models (32S, 12S, 3S, 32E\/W, 12E, 4E, 3E and 3 Wi-Fi) can be updated with firmware that pushes sensor data to your account.
