Log in to your account at <a href=\"http:\/\/roomalert.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">RoomAlert.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>In order to upgrade the account, you must log in as an Administrator or Billing user. For more information, please see the \u201cTypes of user roles\u201d section of our FAQ, <a href=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/23734\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">How To Manage User Access To Your RoomAlert.com Account<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>2. In the navigation bar to the left, select your organization name and then select <strong>Manage Account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/RAA_ManageAccount_RedBox.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-24423\" src=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/RAA_ManageAccount_RedBox.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"145\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>3. In the <em>Account Upgrade<\/em>\u00a0form that appears, fill out the requested items:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; In<em> Level,<\/em>\u00a0select\u00a0the desired level from the drop-down list.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em>To see pricing and feature information for each upgrade level, you may select <strong>Pricing &amp; Features<\/strong> below the<\/em> Level<em> field<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; In <em>Bill Me<\/em>, choose <strong>Monthly<\/strong> or <strong>Yearly<\/strong>, depending on your preference.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; In <em>Order Summary<\/em>, you&#8217;ll see the total due.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; If you have a promo code, enter it in\u00a0<em>Promotion by\u00a0<\/em>selecting\u00a0<strong>Enter Code<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Fill out your credit card information in the <em>Card Number<\/em>, <em>Expiration Date<\/em> and <em>CVV<\/em> fields.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; You may leave the\u00a0<em>Keep this card on file<\/em>\u00a0checkbox selected or deselect it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; You may also enter a PO number in <em>Purchase Order #<\/em> for your record-keeping purposes if you wish.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/RAA_Manage_Account_Upgrade_Form.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10198\" src=\"http:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/RAA_Manage_Account_Upgrade_Form.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"470\" srcset=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/RAA_Manage_Account_Upgrade_Form.png 660w, https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/RAA_Manage_Account_Upgrade_Form-300x282.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>5.
