TMC recently announced AVTECH as one of their Internet Telephony<\/span> Friend of the Channel 2021<\/span><\/i><\/a> winners! We\u2019re proud to share this, as it\u2019s the third consecutive year we have received an award from<\/span> TMC<\/span><\/a>. The <\/span>Friend of the Channel<\/span><\/i> awards are given to businesses that have gone above and beyond building strong channel programs. According to TMC, <\/span>Friend of the Channel <\/span><\/i>winners \u201cfocus on their partner community and a model built to help their partners achieve success.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

AVTECH\u2019s Reseller Program<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our<\/span> Reseller Program<\/span><\/a> was created in 2008. With continued growth year after year, we now have 400 authorized AVTECH resellers. Resellers love selling our Room Alert environment monitoring products because onboarding is easy, training is free and we offer highly competitive margins.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We love our resellers because they help us provide Room Alert monitors, sensors and services to users across 187 of 196 countries. We have authorized resellers located on every continent so that, regardless of where our customers are, they can receive Room Alert as quickly as possible and at the best price possible. Our resellers are trained by the best AVTECH employees and even though Room Alert is extremely easy to install, some resellers will even install and set up products for customers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Resellers are also the best educated on their local environment and environmental concerns. For example, if you live in an area that is at an increased risk for<\/span> extreme heat<\/span><\/a>, your local reseller will understand how to best help you protect your assets from downtime related to high temperature and humidity. Resellers can help offer products in local currencies as well as communicate in the local languages.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our team is very proud of the<\/span> Reseller Program<\/span><\/a> that we\u2019ve developed and continued to improve over the last 14 years.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reseller Portal<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We attribute our Reseller Program\u2019s success to developing incredible resources for both our domestic and international partners. The most beneficial tool that we made for our resellers is our<\/span> Room Alert Reseller Portal<\/span><\/a>. Many of our partners have let our Channel Manager know that our program is the most open and engaging one they are able to be a part of. In the Reseller Portal, our partners are able to get a comprehensive view of all aspects of their business from sales statistics to generating new quotes, keeping track of orders and everything in between. Our Reseller Portal allows resellers to see, at a quick glance, what purchasing discounts are available to them, existing quotes and inventory, customer and prospect information and more.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free Marketing Resources<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To go above and beyond for our partners, we also provide all of our resellers with free marketing materials. This includes catalogs, videos, brochures, flyers and case studies that were designed by our in-house marketing team. Resellers can edit these materials to include their personal contact information and make it their own.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sales Support<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All of our authorized AVTECH resellers are given access to a dedicated product specialist that we can assign to each opportunity that you bring to us. Our product specialists are experts in all things Room Alert, and can support you throughout the entire sales process.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trade Shows<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We also encourage resellers to work with us at trade show events. Trade shows are great opportunities for resellers to boost profits and gain exposure to prospects and customers who are open to hearing about Room Alert. Our team that travels to trade shows events are the most experienced, best representatives of AVTECH. When resellers attend events with Founder & CEO Michael Sigourney, they find many sales leads that they would not have been introduced to without the over 30 years of experience that comes with our team.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
