su-u-trim\" data-title=\"How to fix connection issues\">\n\n\n\n<p>If your Link is not connected to RoomAlert.com, we recommend checking the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Is HTTPS port 443 open on your network?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does the authorization key in Link&#8217;s local web interface match the key in RoomAlert.com?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Check that port 443 is open on your network.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Link sends device and sensor data to RoomAlert.com over <strong>outbound<\/strong> <strong>HTTPS port 443<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open this port on anything on your network that stands between Link and the Internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information,
