\nIf both<\/strong> of your Room Alert’s Ethernet port LED lights are unlit, first check that the device is connected to power\u2014either by AVTECH power adapter or PoE switch. Then please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot.<\/p>\n

  1. Make sure your Room Alert Monitor is connected to Ethernet.<\/li>\n
  2. Check that your power outlet is working properly and\/or try using a different wall outlet.<\/li>\n
  3. If available, try using a different AVTECH 5V power adapter.<\/li>\n
  4. Room Alert 32S, 12S, 3S, 32E\/W, 12E and 3E only:<\/em> try connecting the device to a PoE switch.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>
