Download the Device Discovery installer from your account at <a href=\"https:\/\/roomalert.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">RoomAlert.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; This FAQ shows you how: <a href=\"https:\/\/avtech.com\/articles\/51\/download-firmware-software-roomalert-com-account\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">How to Download Firmware and Software from Your RoomAlert.com Account<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>2. Once the download completes, click on the <em>AVTECHDiscovery-x.x.x-windows-installer.exe<\/em> file to start the installer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; You must run the installer as an administrator in order for it to properly\u00a0install.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Please note that administrator rights are also required to run the utility.<\/p>\n<p>3.
